- The member-guest saving is an illustrative benchmark of about $200 per round below the standard single-round rate, floored at $150 per round. Actual savings vary by season, tee time and current club pricing; this is not a quote or a guaranteed saving. The exact member-guest rate is arranged through the villa — contact the villa for current details. Member-guest access applies at Punta Espada only; Las Iguanas and other courses are played at regular rates.
- Green fees are billed separately at the member-guest discounted rate — golf is not free. Caddies are mandatory, with gratuity paid at the course.
- Cart value is a replacement-cost estimate at $75/day per 6-passenger cart, Villa Espada’s own documented additional-cart rate; two carts are included with every stay.
- Villa Espada reference nightly rates: 6BR $2,500 summer / $4,000 peak / $7,500 holiday; 8BR $3,000 / $4,500 / $8,500. Base rate covers up to 16 guests; guests 17–22 add $100/person/night. Lodging math here excludes food (billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup) and green fees.
- Airport transfers and Eden Roc Beach Club access are included for Villa Espada guests but intentionally carry no dollar value here until an apples-to-apples retail equivalent is verified.
